Water fall formula

Valve formulas

Electric Power

P = Q *H *G *K

P: Plant power in Kwh (Kilowatt hour)

Q: Flow rate in cubic meter per second.

H: Fall’s heith in meters.

G: Earth gavity (9.81 meters per second per second)

K: Coefficient due to friction losses, turbine type and efficiency, etc.. Consider more or less 0.8.

Exemple of micro-turbine,giving up to 1 Kw power..
