These canals had been dig deeper but now they have to be closed again for insuring a correct water fall in the mill. Middle canal feeds the 3 mills of this building. Original river passes at the top of this picture through the stone built water dump.
Nature is very present, and you almost cannot walk in Sainte Rose area without seeing some animals.
